1. Quality Policy

EPS Vascular AB is a leading distributor providing cardiovascular products, as well as vascular products for Neuro Intervention and Peripheral Intervention. Improving people's quality of life is a foundation of our business. We work to identify our customers' needs and expectations early on, and we therefore see active quality work as a matter of course in our daily operations.

We shall place particular emphasis on the following points:

We work with ongoing documented measurable quality follow-up.

All our employees must receive the right skills all the way from recruitment, induction and basic training to individual further training. Annual staff meetings are conducted.

We must work preventively and proactively to avoid deviations and complaints.

We must work long-term and systematically with our improvement work, where internal and external requirements, applicable legislation and other binding requirements are taken into account and followed.

Improving people's quality of life is a foundation of our business and therefore it is also a matter of course for us to carry out relevant environmental work to protect the environment and prevent pollution and contribute to a sustainable society.

We shall place particular emphasis on the following points:

When purchasing cardiovascular products and other products and services, within the framework of our business concept, we must choose suppliers who have a high level of environmental awareness.

We must actively work to minimize our consumption of fossil fuels linked to transport by planning and coordinating these and, when driving, have an environmentally friendly driving style (Eco-driving).

We will work with an environmentally adapted residual and waste management within the company.

We must think about our use of resources such as water consumption and consumables in our operations.

We must comply with internal and external requirements, applicable legislation and other binding requirements.

We shall work long-term with our improvement work by developing our environmental management system and our operations to achieve a higher environmental performance.
